Return Policy

7 DAYS RETURN

Satisfaction is guaranteed on all products purchased by consumers directly from KZ.  If you're not satisfied with your KZ purchase, for domestic purchase, we support 100% refund if make order cancellation before the product is shipped , and you can return it for a replacement or refund within 7days of purchase. For oversea order, KZ will assess the issue and provide a solution accordingly. We will either provide an exchange, a replacement or a repair service of the item(s), depending on the problem encountered.

1 YEAR PRODUCT GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with the item you received and would like to return it, you may submit a return request to us as follows: 

Within a year
 
I. If you purchase from KZ official directly :
 
(1) Send the email to after-sales@kzhifi.com with your purchase records (date , store name etc ) to claim your purpose.
(2) If receiving the product contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a replacement.
(3) We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.
(4) If approved, we will refund or resend the item, you may also be asked to return the product.
(5) After receiving the returned item and checking that it do not affect secondary sales, we will refund (the shipping costs except).

II. If you purchase from KZ distributor :
 
To save your costs , and solve the problem easier , please contact the distributor or agency to claim your requirement for guarantee. You can copy to after-sales@kzhifi.com if you would like us to intervene.
NOTE : For the product which be used over one year , but if customer still require for guarantee, we can provide 10% discount to replace a new one to customer, but all the shipping costs need to paid by customer .

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURN
 
I. If a defective/incorrect item is received, it's our responsibility is to replace the item with a new/correct one and cover all the shipping costs by us .
II. If a package is returned for destruction due to incorrect/unclaimed address provided by customer, the buyer needs to cover  the shipping cost themselves . 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the customer don't need to cover the shipping fee . If customers require to get a refund , we will refund the costs around 10-15 days or replace the item with a new/correct one.
