Shipping charges are based on the shipping method you choose (either standard or express) and the size of your product order. When you make a purchase on kzhifi.com, the shipping charge is estimated in your basket, and will appear on the Payment Options page of the checkout process.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can get the tracking number provided from our team and track the status of your shipment. Order information generally becomes available 24 hours after you place your order.

REPORTING LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Satisfaction is guaranteed on all products purchased by consumers directly from KZ. We hope you enjoy our products. Be sure to write down the order number clearly in your email and show us the purchase records. Failure to do so may result in your orders being refused or cause delays in processing your refund.
